Ok, I've had to explain this shit to several people since I've been back and I'm getting sick of doing it, so here it is....stop fuckin asking me!!!!!
Jessica Lynch......our wonderful American war heo....POW and all that shit.....here's the real deal with her for all you stupid fucks who watch CNN too much.
Jessica Lynch WAS NOT a prisoner of war. Here's what really happened.....
Ok, her convoy is moving north, just like every other American unit at the time, and big suprise, they get attacked. Holy shit, the Iraqi Army is fighting back. Who would've thought?
Anyway, in the course of the attack, Lynch's vehicle crashes and she is knocked out.
After the firefight is over, Iraqi soldiers find Lynch knocked out inside of her vehicle, and being the decent and respectable soldiers that they are, they take her and DROP HER OFF AT A LOCAL HOSPITAL.
THEY DO NOT TAKE HER PRISONER, THEY DROP HER OFF IN THE CARE OF CIVILIAN DOCTORS!!!!
Said hospital contacts an American FOB (forward operating base) nearby and tells them about the American soldier that is in their care, asking if they would like her to be returned. Of course the Americans say yes, as the American Army "takes great pride in never leaving a soldier behind".
And so, the Iraqi CIVILIAN doctors oblige, delivering Lynch in an ambulance to said American FOB. However, as the ambulance aproaches the Americans it is fired upon, and so turns around and heads back to the hospital.
The Iraqi's once again contact the Americans and tell them "if you want her come get her". Quite understandable considering they were shot at when they tried bringing her to us.
And so here is where it gets interesting.........
The US government sees a perfect opportunity to rally public support for a very unpopular war, and so a rescue is staged.
That's right, idiots.....FUCKING STAGED
As in NOT REAL
As in IF YOU'RE STUPID ENOUGH TO THINK THAT AMERICAN SPECIAL FORCES WOULD HAVE CAMERAS WITH THEM ON A RESCUE OPERATION YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF!!!!!!!
The videos you saw on TV of Lynch's rescue were not real. She was not rescued. She was not a prisoner.
We went and picked her up.
That's it.
That's all folks.
So there it is. Guess what? You were lied to. Guess what else? It's not the first and not the last time it will happen.
Guess what else? If you think that your government will change as far as situations like this go depending on who you vote for, you'd be better off dead cause you're extremely stupid.
So there you go, I just saved everyone the $20 they'd probably pay to buy a copy of Lynch's book. Not that it really matters, she already got her million dollar deal from a publisher who can't tell the difference between war hero and hospital patient.
And for those of you who don't know, there was another soldier involved in that attack (who's name I unfortunately can't remember) who single handedly killed at least 7 enemy who were mortaring that convoy.
He recieved a pat on the back and a cigar......
